• Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

  Yes, subject to availability. The service requires prior approval from the booking department and is charged separately according to the hotel rates.

• Is breakfast included in the room rate?

  Depends on the tariff you choose. For example, you can opt for the "Accommodation with breakfast" tariff. Half-board rates (breakfast + dinner) are also available. and "Full board" with three meals a day. You can pay for breakfast separately at the time of booking or at the reception.

• In what format and where is the breakfast held?

  Breakfast is served buffet style in our LOFT cafe. There are more than 30 dishes on the menu, including pastries, porridges and hot dishes. Children under 6 years old, accompanied by their parents, eat free of charge. On weekdays, the service is available from 07:00 to 10:00 local time. On weekends and holidays from 08:00 to 11:00 local time. If you leave the hotel before breakfast, you can order breakfast with you at the reception desk the day before departure.

• Does the hotel have parking and how much does it cost?

  Free parking is provided for all guests of IzHotel right next to the hotel building.

• Does the hotel have Wi-Fi?

  Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in every room.

• Are there hair dryers, irons, and hygiene products in the rooms?

  All rooms (except the Economy category) are equipped with private bathrooms with a set of towels and hygiene products. Ironing facilities are generally available on the floors.

• Is it possible to put things in the laundry?

  Yes, the hotel has a laundry service, the service is paid. Fill out the form that you will find in your room and contact the reception desk. The laundry is open on weekdays.

• Is it possible to bring a pet?

  Pets are not allowed.

• How can I pay for my stay?

  We accept cash rubles, bank cards, and also work by wire transfer with legal entities. You can also pay for your stay directly when booking a room on our official website.

• What halls and venues are available in the LOFT cafe for conferences and how many people can they accommodate?

  We offer two locations in the LOFT cafe:

  A secluded area on the second floor can accommodate up to 20 people.

  A spacious hall on the ground floor accommodates from 35 to 50 people.
  The seating arrangements at both venues are individually tailored to the format of your event.

• What technical equipment is available at the LOFT cafe sites?

  For presentations and meetings, we provide a projector, a screen, a TV and a flipchart.

• Is it possible to order meals for the event participants at the LOFT cafe and how much does it cost?

  Yes, we will arrange a comprehensive service. Ready-made options are available to you: coffee breaks (300, 400 or 600 rubles/person) and lunches (800 or 1500 rubles/person). We can also create a menu individually for your requests.

• Are there discounts when renting LOFT cafe halls for business events?

  There is no fixed discount system, but we are always happy to meet our corporate clients halfway and are ready to discuss individual terms of site rental.

• What are the conditions for holding a wedding in the halls of the LOFT cafe, the average check, and are there any bonuses for the newlyweds?

  For wedding celebrations, we suggest using both areas of the LOFT cafe with convenient zoning: the first hall for a wellness area, the second for a banquet and a dance floor. We also help with the organization of the program and provide the presenter with all the necessary equipment.

  Average check: 3000-3500 rubles/person.
