I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Despite the three stars, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I really liked the friendly staff at the reception. During the three days of our stay at the reception, many girls changed, and it was pleasant to communicate with all of them. Only the last girl was upset at the eviction. Doesn't know how to talk to clients

We stayed at the Izh hotel on 06/15/2023. number 607 . Thanks to Alena at the reception. The room was pre-booked, arranged quickly and kindly. The room is super (toiletries, slippers, bathrobe, hairdryer, safe, TV, refrigerator, shower cabin). breakfast buffet: varied, delicious. there is a private parking, which is very important, as we traveled by car. I recommend this hotel. Thanks to all the staff of the hotel for their hospitality. Next time we will definitely come back to your hotel.
